Agoge Inc - Goals

The new year is coming up, which means it’s time to set goals and work towards them. Over the next few days I am going to post goals up to June for each website, as well as some future projects.

Here are the stats for December, for Subeta. It’s a little off, since we had a little bit of downtime in the past week due to high traffic. Here are what I would like the stats to be, by June 2009.

All Visits: 3,500,00
New Visitors: 400,000
Returning Visitors: 2,500,000
Pageviews

All Visits: 250,000,000
New Visitors: 15,000,000
Returning Visitors: 200,000,000

Pages/Visit

All Visits: 300
New Visitors: 100
Returning Visitors: 200

Bounce Rate

Overall I’d like it to be less than 10%

Average time on site

I’d like it to be at least 45 minutes. Need to add features that are compelling and keep users entertained for long periods of time.

Done Playing Nice

So, a few days ago I was sent an IM from an admin over at CreatureWorld asking me if I could help them out - and advertise them once the site was brought back online. For background purposes, before I created Subeta - I worked on Creature World as a user admin, and one of the old user administrators (Cydewinder) came from CW as well. So I have decently strong ties to the site, and if an old friend needed help - I’d be happy to send it their way.

So I told the admin in question that I couldn’t advertise on Subeta because that’d be in the same ‘market’ (pet sites) but instead I could op for an adoptable on Valenth which would be just as good (if not better) for traffic.
